If you are unable to locate your item listed on either section, please follow the instructions for a full replacement.
- Cut off the warning labels and all tags on the product.
- Verify that it is our chair by locating the Registry # 34140RC. If there is a different Registry number listed, the product is not that of Mac Sports.
- Take a picture of the broken part on your product.
- Locate the receipt from your original purchase.
- Write where you purchased the product from, date of purchase, your mailing address, telephone number and the best time to contact you in case of questions.
- We reserve the right to make the substitutions with similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer be in production.
- Please send $5 to cover the postage and process your request. Please do not send in cash, money order or personal check only.
