I have to admit that the chair is comfortable to sit in, But some of the crucial plastic components used on this chair will not hold up.
About the fifth time that I used it I noticed the plastic where the arm rests slide had started to crack on both sides . I contacted customer service to see if I could get replacement parts and never heard from them.
I have had less expensive chairs hold up better than this model.

Rating on customer service RI ordered 2 commander folding armchairs and made a mistale in the type of transportation I wanted. It came out"next day" at an outrageous price that I didn't want. Within 2minutes I requested a cancellation of the order so I could resubmit accurately. This was ignored and I was billed over $100.00 in shipping I would like a credit for the excess charges, but cannot contact anyone in customer service. PLEASE contact me!!!!!

this chair rocks!! it is a little bit bigger than most chairs...however the comfort and easy of getting in and out of it is just so nice. Im a bigger guy and its very comfortable. I am always kicking people out on my chair!

This is the most comfortable folding chair I have ever sat in. I have had mine for two years and they are still like new. I am getting ready to order 2 more.

My husband & I purchased 2 MacSports Commander chairs last summer for our camping trips. We love the bag they come in - the zipper makes for easy use. However, the chairs have not held up well at all. We are not heavy people (180 & 115) & we're not hard on chairs, but both chairs have ripped out on the seat. We have repaired them with zip strips, which actually work quite well. 4 friends we camp with also bought them. Each chair has needed repair: one the arm came loose, two ripped at the top back right & left seam & another one ripped in the seat like ours. They are extremely comfortable to sit in, but for the price they should last longer than a year.
