If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchase from Mac Sports, please see the below procedures for a return on the product.

1. If you purchased a product and you are not satisfied with the product, please return the product to the location you originally purchase the product at. Mac Sports is unable to accept any return on a product that was not purchased directly from Mac Sports.

2. If product was purchased directly from Mac Sports and you are not completely satisfied, please follow the below procedure:
   1. Return must be done within 15 days of receipt of goods.

   2. Before returning goods, you must fax or call for a Return Authorization request, fax (800)938-9885 or call (800)938-9886. Please include your name, order number, and e-mail address. Once received, we will fax or e-mail back a Return Authorization Number for your return.

   3. Please let us know through your fax or e-mail what the reason is for the return. Once the product is received at the warehouse we will issue your credit within 10-14 days.

   4. Please be advised that only if a product was received defective or in poor conditions then shipping will also be credited to your account.

Mac Sports will not pay the original shipping charges for the product being shipped to the customer, product to be shipped back to Mac Sports or for the exchanged product to be resent.
