Fabric ripping in several places after less than a year's use.
Great sale but quality lacking. Don't seem to offer replacement fabric?

Bought oversized chair which was to hold up to 300 lbs. I weighed 260 thought it was wiser to buy the more expensive one. Fabric ripped within three months. Contacted customer service, they shipped out a replacement. The problem was they sent me the chair that holds up to 250 lbs., this chair was cheaper than the one I bought. I called them and explained situation, all they said was how did I know I originally had the one that held 300 lbs. I told them look at the info I had sent them it was plainly written on the tag attached to the chair, the receipt reflected the higher price. They told me they would get back to me and never did. They could have at least sent me the difference in the cost. I had told many people how I loved this chair as it was so comfortable. I even took it on vacation and used on the beach and people and asked me about it. I told them they should buy one. Now I only can say I would never buy one of their products again. What a shame.....

Fabric ripped |

I bought one of these chairs at Kohl's on 4/2 and the fabric on both sides of the seat is ripping. The rips are about 2" long. The product is rated for 250 lbs. and I only weight 135 lbs. These chairs look nice but are not well made.

Love this chair |

This is the most comfortable chair ever made. I feel very secure in it as it's very sturdy. Its' shape eliminates the usual stress my back feels when sitting in a lounger where my legs are stretched out flat. And any position you move into, the drink holder remains upright. Just a great chair overall.

Really enjoyed this chair for a couple of weeks, then the bungee cord came apart and unraveled. Chair was a present and I didn't have the receipt. Will not buy any products from MAC.
