Mac Sports offers a one-year limited warranty on all products. A one year limited warranty constitutes the following:

  1. Using product within guidelines of instruction (e.g. weight limits).
  2. Not exceeding normal wear and tear of product.

The warranty for The Coleman Company licensed products is as follows:

  1. This product is covered under a Three Year Limited Warranty.
  2. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) is required for any/all warranty claims.

At Mac Sports we strive to make our customers satisfied. Our product is known throughout the industry and we continue to make product improvements for additional durability and increased longevity.

Product Parts/Replacements

If a product that you purchase becomes defective, please do the following:

  1. If within 30-90 days of purchase, first attempt to return the product at the retailer you purchased from.
  2. If the retailer will not accept the return due to store policy guidelines, please do the following:
    1. Decide whether the product can be fixed by replacing a part.
    2. If so please click on the Parts Dept Link.
  3. If you are unable to locate the item you purchased in the Parts link we are unable to replace the part.

Please then do the following:

  1. Cut off the warning labels and all tags on the product.
  2. Verify that it is our chair by locating the Registry #CA 34140 (RC) or #CA 38946 (CN). If there is a different Registry number listed, the product is not that of Mac Sports.
  3. Take a picture of the broken part on your product.
  4. Locate the receipt from your original purchase.
  5. Write where you purchased the product from, date of purchase, your mailing address, telephone number and the best time to contact you in case of questions.
  6. We reserve the right to make the substitutions with similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer be in production.

Please make a check/money order payable in the amount of $5.00 to Tofasco for shipping if the following applies:

  1. Purchased product from Sam’s, Wal-Mart, or Target.
  2. The product is licensed by The Coleman Company.

For all other products please make a check/money order payable in the amount of $5.00 to Mac Sports.

  1. Photocopy all documents before mailing for your records.
  2. Send all requested information to the following:
