PROCESSING TIME
After the order is submitted online, the processing time is 24 to 48 hours before it leaves the warehouse. Afterward, the arrival date will depend on the shipping time selected by the customers.
The processing time also applies to all of the priority and overnight shipments. For example, if an order is placed with overnight shipping on Monday, it may not be shipped until Tuesday.
For Will Call/Pick Up Customers:
Please note that you must wait 24 hours for processing of your online order. Our order pick up hours are: 8:30am-11:30am and 1:00pm-4:00pm.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The MAC Sports web site only ships orders within the 50 states of the United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses. For shipments go to Canada, Puerto Rico, or other destinations outside the U.S., please contact us at service@macsports.com.
All prices are in U.S. dollars, and we do not accept checks, money orders, or credit cards issued by non-U.S. banks.
