Suggestion: Several years a go I selected one of your hammocks and the whole top/bed portion was thrown away...hopefully you offer replacement tops? LOVE my HAMMOCK and yet replacing whole thing too costly and so wasteful.... I see you do offer replacements of other specific items and am hopeful......also, you may want to make an "other" type of selection- providing instructions on your process- on your website if you do accommodate your customers in this way! Suggestion: We have a pair of the zero gravity chairs that we carry in our camper. We love them. But, I wish they had some kind of a latch so when folded, they stay folded. When you carry them, they partially open.

Suggestion: We bought the lavender poodle fur moon chair for our daughter for Christmas. We love it but was discouraged that you didn't offer any discounted shipping for a purchase of that amount. Most websites had free shipping or discounted shipping during Christmas or month of December except you. Would love to see you offer discounted or free shipping during holidays. That's a huge attraction for purchases. Our daughter loves the chair!

Suggestion: Bring back the high-back heavy duty double chair with the table in the middle! I have one that is ten years old and I want more of them! It was bigger, wider, had a longer table with two cupholders on the table, a net bag underneath the table, a large pocket that hung down the front with a velcro closure and open net pockets on the top of it. I wish I had bought two when I purchased this chair ten years ago. I've repaired it repeatedly. I want a new one! PLEASE bring back the chair! :)

Suggestion: If similar chairs do not come in a set you need to be able to offer them at a discount rate if you are buying several things; If a person wanted to buy the Metro Loveseat, chair and a table in say, Khaki Corderoy, they should be able to get it discounted if buying it all at the same time. This could work for any "a like" items and would encourage you to buy more at one time.

Suggestion: Expand colors of chairs you offer. Do you have any idea how many retired women would love to have a "pink" rocking chair to take fishing, to go to sports activities or just relax in, without the worries that their chair is cheaply made and not going to fall apart on them. You make and distribute and Sportco can sell GREEN and BLUE ones for the guys, why can't we have PINK for the gals? We need some PINK, please.
