Brackets on Back Support are Cheap an Break |

After one use the plastic brackets holding the back support cross frame shattered, rendering the chair useless. Trying to resolve this issue with customer service

I bought one of these chairs at big lots about 4 years ago... I haven't been able to find them since, until this website. I weight almost four hundred lbs and I love this chair. Mine broke, but it wasn't me that broke it. Ha ha! It was actually someone 200 lbs lighter... go figure! I still use it, but I do want another. I haven't ordered from this site yet though. The prices seem way higher than what I paid for mine... but then again.. its a higher grade of chair. They are Fat Boy approved!!

Chair is nice EXCEPT, called company and the white tag on the chair she said is wrong is states with their id weight cap. is
225 like the cheaper chairs, i paid more for weight cap. 325. seems strange you cant even put the correct tags on the more expensive items. not impressed with service answer
