Occupational Summary:
- Ensures adequate inventory of merchandise in accord with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy;
- Works with multiple departments to forecast and requisition domestic inventory orders;
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
- Will report to the Vice President of Operations;
Skills/Qualifications:
- Work requires a bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in the field;

Occupational Summary:
- Prepare Sales Sheets and Price Sheets;
- Maintain current library of product specifications;
- Assign and maintain UPC numbers;
- Assist with incoming samples;
- Follow up the sample problem;
- Coordinate testing to various laboratories to ensure compliance for different specifications;
Skills/Qualifications:
- Work requires knowledge of basic clerical and communication principles generally acquired through a college education;
- Bilingual (Mandarin/English) is a plus;

* Import Coordinator *
Occupational Summary:
- Primarily responsible for coordinating Purchase order with Customers and overseas' factories, follow up POs from point-of-origin, to final destination;
- Communicate with Customer and Sales rep for orders;
- Communicate with overseas vendors for Purchase Orders;
- PO issuing and PO receiving on incoming goods;
- Co-ordinate spec and artwork with factory;
- Do charge back to vendors on incompliant on operational manual;
- Follow up samples with Sales rep and factory;
- Regularly update incoming schedule;
- Contact customs brokers, freight forwarder, shipping line and customer concerning any Purchase Orders issues;
- Coordinate local trucking for POE and PTD shipment and shipping schedule with all vendors on a daily basis;
- Contact vendors for any issues on shipping, pricing, packages;
Skills/Qualifications:
- Work requires knowledge of basic clerical and communication principles generally acquired through a high school education;
- College degree is a plus but not a requirement;
