I have one I bought a few years ago. The bungee does eventually go bad, but I had no problem ordering (color was out of stock, but I got black, why be so picky?, it just sits in my yard !!). Very comfortable. My only real gripe was the pillow as the stretchy cord did not hold up very long, so I pinned it. I saw a chair the next year, looks like they fixed that problem with velcroing the pillow to the chair back. Looks like it would work better.

Love the chair(received two as a gift) latch broke the first time I used it...I have no receipt. Went to the boat store and the display model was boken also. I would repair it if I could get the part. but I was told no parts.

my wife and i bought two of these chairs and think that for relaxing in the back yard sitting around fire pit that u could not ask for a more comfortable chair to relax in than these chairs they sit like a chair or recline and are so easy to operate even our grandson can do it. they sit so much better than your average lawn chairs, and are a snap to unfold or fold up, i would recommend them over any other lawn chair out there.
