BUYER BEWARE |

I purchased one of these and loved it the first couple of times I used it. Then on the third time I pulled it out of the storage pack and one of the tent rods was broken. The tent was much less than a year old. I looked at the MAC sports website and it clearly states that all of their products carry a one year warranty so I called them for a replacement and was told well those producst only have a 90 day warranty.
After getting no where with them (they are horrible) I did some research on this product and turns out the rod frequently snap. This is probably why they don't have a year warranty. On top of this I researched companies that used to sell this product for MAC and most of them no longer even offer this - I'm guessing because it is a piece of junk.
Do your own research and look up "Kodiak Quick Set Tent rod snapped"... you will find a lot of the same reviews I did. Wish I would have done more research before I bought.

Great Tent |

I bought this tent to use on a 3 day camp trip this past week and I can tell you it was great. Easy to set up and take down( a little hard the first time to repack,but it got eaiser) Wish I had this tent before now. I am sold on this tent

Kodiak tent |

I bought the tent last year; it took me a while to get the hang of getting it back into the "disk" but once I did it is easy out easy in. I car camp which allows me to put a cot in the tent; it is very comfortable.
I have not experienced a lot of wind, so I cannot comment on that. I like the Kodiak so well I may buy a larger model, the Everest. I recommend this tent to my camping friends.
